Specific procedures to assure sanitizing wipes are available at all times must include the following: the name of the person or the job title for the person(s) who is/are responsible for checking the supply level; the frequency in which the supply level is monitored; the location for the back-up supplies; and, the most important part, a back-up plan in case there is a shortage of wipes.
