COVID-19 Posters

One of the newest requirements since the emergence of COVID-19 requires the posting of the Labor Department’s Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) notification.    The poster can be ordered from the link below and must be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. 

An employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees, or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  See if your business meets these requirements.  

Posters Required for Massachusetts’ Businesses

The state of Massachusetts requires that all businesses have written control plans and self-certification that the plans are being followed. In addition, the following three posters must be posted in the work-site.
